How can I pay

We accept several payment methods. You can pay all of your bookings or pay separately
for each booking by:

  • Paypal or Bank Transfer (pay an extra 3.2 % for the transaction fee)
  • Credit card at our office (pay an extra 3.5 % for banking fee)
  • Cash in VND or in USD at our office or to drivers.
  • For Private Car (transport service), this price is per car not per person
  • For Package Tours (Private Tour) and Group Tours, this price is per person.

Yes, we will listen to you and respect your idea, so based on your idea, will will give you advice and then customize the Tours or Transfers for you.

If you want to cancel a booking, please send a cancellation request by email and reconfirm by WhatsApp. Please read our Terms and Conditions policy carefully. We also note clearly the timing of the cancellation and how much will be charged for the cancellation.

When we receive your cancellation email, we will email you to confirm the cancellation.

When you fill in the booking form, there is an area for special requests. When you submitted the
booking, we will take note your special requests and will confirm it via your email.

TRANSPORTATION

What kind of ground transportation is used on my trip?

We will set up and be well-prepared for the new, clean, and comfortable transportation for you! We always use new models of cars, SUVs, and Minivans such as New Toyota Vios, SUV Fortuner, New Ford Transit minivans, etc. for our valued customers. In transportation, we always have seatbelts, wet tissues, bottles of water, and free wifi for you!

TIPPING IN VIETNAM

Is tipping commonplace in Vietnam?

While it may not be customary to you, In Vietnam, we don’t dare to ask for a Tip but tipping is expected. At the end of the tour, if you are happy with the drivers or local guides you should tip them. It’s of great significance to the hard-working people who took care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry. It is also admitted that they did a great job on your trip.

Like we mentioned above, Tipping is not compulsory in Vietnam but it is expected. Normally, a day, for drivers it should be around USD $5. And for the tour guides about USD $10. Depends on your happiness with them and how well they performed during the tour as well.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Do I need travel insurance?

It is compulsory to have travel insurance for all travelers and should be taken out at the time of booking. You must provide your travel insurance on the first day of your trip if not, you are not able to join the trip.

Minimum, your travel insurance must be ‘comprehensive’, providing cover against medical expenses, emergency repatriation, personal liability, personal accident, and death with a minimum coverage of US$200,000. We also highly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal effects, and loss of luggage.
